Budget Blog Customization Package – $197

- A Custom blog header graphic created and installed on your theme.
- This package also includes up to 30 minutes of One on One Coaching to make sure you know how to update your new blog.
Important information about getting your project started:
Choose the package that provides the services you need – you can order directly from this page if you like or we can send you a unique payment link. After we complete a telephone consultation, we will draw up a contract with an agreed upon project time line. When the following are in place – we will begin your project.
Project Start Prerequisites:
- Full Payment (or Partial Payment for projects costing more than $1000)
- Signed Contract
- All necessary user logins have been submitted.
- All necessary graphics and graphic test has been submitted.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How soon can you start? We can usually start new projects within 2-3 weeks time. We will give you a firm available start date when you call for a consultation.
How long will my project take? It is our goal to start and finish a design project within two weeks. This is possible for most blog design projects. Projects with special needs will have their own unique timeline. As long as we’re receiving quick, specific feedback and direction, our projects finish fast.
Can I pay half up front and half when the project is complete? No, we accept all fees in full in advance. There is an exception made for projects costing more than $1000. In a case like that, we set up milestones that when reached, call for an additional payment so that all projects are paid in full before final delivery to the client.
When do I pay you for a new project? You pay us when you want to claim an agreed upon start date and sign the project contract. usually a week or two before work actually begins.
What if I change my mind and need to back out of the project? This is quite rare. If we haven’t started your project, we will cheerfully refund your payment minus a $75 ‘Kill Fee’. If we have started the project a refund may be arranged based on what percentage of the project is complete – based on the project contract and agreed upon time line.
How will I communicate with you throughout the project? Mostly by email but we’re also available by telephone or Skype with some advance notice. As we work, we will email you a link to preview and give us feedback. We ask you to tell us, ‘What do you love?’ and ‘What do you hate?’. We’ll also ask you to give us specific feedback – meaning, tell us ‘I want this exact color of red found in this image here:’ instead of ‘Hmm, could you make a little redder?’. Specifics keep us moving fast and gets your project completed according to your desires.
